Mountain Power Hydraulics warrants all welded cylinders for one (1) year from date shipment to be free from defects in workmanship and materials.
Mountain Power Hydraulics' limit of liability under this warranty (which excludes all other warranties, either expressed or implied) is to replace free of charge any part of any cylinder that its inspection shows to be defective, including the lowest round trip transportation charges from Mountain Power Hydraulics' customer to Jeffers, Minnesota and return. But, excluding all transportation cost from Mountain Power Hydraulics' customer to it's customer, and all other costs such as removal and installation expense. Customer misuse or wrong application will void warranty.
Mountain Power Hydraulics shall not be liable for loss of time, manufacturing costs, labor, material, loss of profits, consequential damages, direct or indirect, because of defective products, whether due to rights arising under the contract of sale or independently thereof and whether or not such claim is based on contract, tort or warranty.
